Reconstituted rice is a hot extruded product using latest twin-screw extrusion technology. Reconstituted rice is manufactured using the broken rice. As per this procedure the broken rice is converted into the fine powder, any kind of broken rice can be used in this procedure. This is a great way of adding value to low value rice. 


Broken rice is the rice’s heart that doesn’t go on the milling process. They have smaller dimensions than the whole grains.
